Dear Samuel Ogle Middle School Parents/Guardians,

The Samuel Ogle Middle School PTSO is conducting a gift card fundraising program for the upcoming holiday season that works while you shop.  They’re the same gift certificates that you buy at stores. Hundreds of retailers participate in the program and the gift certificates that you purchase may be used nationwide. Retailers participating in the program sell gift certificates to nonprofit organizations, like our PTSO, at a discount. We sell them to you at full face value and the Samuel Ogle PTSO keeps the difference as revenue.

 What’s great about this fundraiser is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. You earn money for our school without spending a single additional penny. The gift cards can be used for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, entertainment, gasoline and even dining out. Retailers participating in the program are Outback Steakhouse, Safeway, Bath & Body Works, and Starbucks to name just a few.

What better way to do your holiday shopping?  If you give gift certificates, why not order them through this fundraiser?  Simply complete the attached order form and send it in with your child’s homeroom teacher. Please make checks payable to Samuel Ogle PTSO (no cash, please).   Orders will be distributed in person on dates identified below.
